About the event

Much has been written about stress management and controlling anger, and the many books on the subjects emphasize the need for a period of mental and physical relaxation, at different stages in the day. Meditation allows one to get back in touch with ones core feelings. By taking time out to meditate one gains rather than loses when it comes to productivityu in the work world and the classroom. By regularly monitoring your core feelings one can mitigate feelings of fear, rejection and frustratiuon and prevent them from being exhibited as anger.
