About the event
This is a small intimate retreat for a limited number of women. A time to journey within to find balance and reset against the chaos of every day life. To connect with Mother Earth, make new friends, stimulate the intellect and satisfy the tongue with delicious gourmet meals. Through thoughtful discussions, yoga, breath work and meditation, forest bathing, drumming and music. This time at Three Leaf will be rejuvatory and create extraordinary memories.
Retreat begins Friday October 6, at 6.30pm and ends at 1pm Monday October 9. You will be sharing a room with two other sisters. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and drum if you have one. Registration is first come first served.
