Medicine Under Our Feet
I was walking around the Farmden this afternoon enjoying the late afternoon sun and appreciating the plant -plantain, and how humble and unassuming it is, and yet how incredibly helpful it is. Later, on my computer I noticed a good friend had sent me a link to this blog sight which had an article glorifying the wonderful properties of plantain! Coincidence? I don't think so.
Narrow leaf plantain: Plantago lanceolata, Plantaginaceae

Broadleaf plantain: Plantago major, Plantaginaceae
